Senior UX Writer / Digital Banking/ Channels /Customer Touchpoints / / 30 %/ ZH

Project: As part of the further development of digital customer experiences in the banking environment, you will support an interdisciplinary UX team in designing clear, user-centered content across all digital customer touchpoints (web, mobile, self-service).

Your focus is on UX Writing for strategically relevant projects: You will develop understandable microcopy that makes complex banking processes easy, consistent, and brand-compliant for customers to experience. In doing so, you will directly shape the digital customer experience along the entire journey.

You will work closely with UX Design, Business Analysis, Product Owners, and Corporate Communication to ensure that language, design, and functionality form a coherent digital experience.

Responsibilities

• UX Writing for digital banking products and customer touchpoints
• Development of clear, user-centered microcopy across web, mobile, and self-service
• Ensuring a consistent customer journey through language
• Coordination with UX, product teams, and corporate writing
