Senior Validation Engineer - Test Automation (M/F)

Project overview

Within a team dedicated to fleet monitoring solutions, your mission contributes to securing releases before they go into production. You will define and evolve the automated test strategy covering software and hardware aspects, in conjunction with the team's engineers, the solutions manager, and the scrum master.

The position involves continuing the deployment of the test tools already in place, building the initial test base, and enriching it as development progresses. You will create automated tests and executable scripts on demand, then organize and carry out validation campaigns. You will also ensure the maintenance of the test solution and contribute to the implementation of software and hardware test benches, as well as a performance monitoring dashboard. A methodical and proactive approach will allow for proposing solutions adapted to the team's needs.

Profile

At least 6 years of experience in test and validation engineering.

Proficiency in automated testing tools and conducting test campaigns.

Ability to understand software and hardware systems, and to implement software tests.

Knowledge of JIRA and Squash.

Rigour, autonomy, team spirit, and proactivity.
