Job description
We are looking for a 3rd line Workplace Specialist to be deployed within ART DWR, capable of performing under high pressure and independently applying knowledge and experience. The role involves building and managing a large workplace environment (approx. 35,000 workstations) using various technologies.
Project overview
We are looking for a 3rd line Workplace Specialist who can be deployed broadly within ART DWR. The candidate must at least meet the stated hard requirements to be deployed directly on projects and in the line. The candidate must be able to perform under very high pressure. The candidate must be able to apply existing knowledge and experience directly in practice. It is therefore expected that the candidate can start working independently immediately.
The senior workplace specialist will be deployed for, among other things:
Building & Managing the DWR workplace Government environment in large client environments of approx. 35,000 workstations with expertise in Ivanti Workspace Manager and Automation Manager, Citrix, MECM/SCCM, Azure/Entra, and Microsoft applications.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The busy activities of the current 3rd line workplace specialist for both projects and management make the deployment of a specialist necessary. In consultation between the 3rd line Workplace Specialist and the infrastructure specialist, agreements will be made for the division of tasks and responsibilities.
DEPARTMENT/Team
The 3rd line Workplace Specialist will be positioned within ART DWR. Additionally, the 3rd line Workplace Specialist will be seconded to one or more projects under the leadership of a project leader. Depending on the tasks for which the workplace specialist is deployed, they will be accountable to ART DWR.

Competencies
- In possession of an MCSE Cloud certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure Cloud/Intune in a complex IT organization
- This position is not suitable for freelancers
- Experience with (digital) workplace management within a complex IT organization
- Experience with managing and further developing a comparable workplace environment.
- Experience with Testing such as Ranorex and/or LoadGen or other packages.
