Project overview
I am recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to be based 1 day a week in Reading, 4 days remote.
Active SC Clearance is essential.
The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
You must have recently worked as a Service Delivery Manager.
You will have significant experience leading service delivery in a complex, multi-supplier or enterprise environment.
Experience in defence, aerospace, government or another security-regulated environment is essential.
You must have a strong working knowledge of ITIL 4 service management and service integration principles.
Experience of global or tri-country service delivery is required.
You will have demonstrable executive stakeholder management, governance and escalation leadership skills.
Practical exposure to XLAs, SIAM and continual improvement governance is needed for this role.
You must also have experience managing service performance across more than one location or provider and experience operating with ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise ITSM platform.
