Service Leader Senior

Project overview

The Senior Service Leader is responsible for the clarity and understanding of IT Operations Essentials in 18 disciplines, and aims to improve minimum requirements, reporting/dashboards, and current situation-related issues for better understanding.

• Ensure the availability of documents, training, and materials for all stakeholders.
• Lead IT operational meetings with sites in operational mode.
• Assist local IT teams in adopting and implementing the IT OPS framework.
• Conduct an IT OPS assessment, identify gaps, define correction and improvement plans.
• Provide necessary advice to all IT delivery teams to achieve defined quality levels and adhere to mandatory IT OPS principles.
• Promote the ITSM and IT OPS culture, organize training, and ensure access to documentation and templates.
• Manage site requests and escalate quality issues to strategic levels if necessary.
• Ensure visibility of results (maturity levels, action plans, roadmap).
• Disseminate the agile mindset within the organization, both on the IT and business sides.
• Establish communication between the IT operations management organization, local IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support the DPO in increasing IT OPS coverage.
• Support the implementation of the IT application (IT Ops for Application teams).
• Manage and maintain data quality in VSD.
• Support new VSD requests.
• Location: Lyon
• Remote work: 2 days / week
