• Responsibility: You contribute to the smooth operation of the gastronomy area and, together with your team, ensure compliance with our quality and service standards.
• Quality & Hygiene: You ensure compliance with legal hygiene regulations (HACCP) and our internal quality standards and ensure a clean working environment.
• Customer Orientation: You are a friendly point of contact for our guests and ensure a positive visitor experience with your service-oriented demeanor.
• Organization: You support the organization of daily operations, inventory management, as well as warehousing and ordering.
• Preparation: You prepare food and beverages according to our specifications and present them attractively and with a focus on quality.
• Events & Additional Offers: You participate in gastronomic offerings within the scope of events, special promotions, and seasonal offers.
• Your Experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in gastronomy, service, or a customer-oriented role. Experience in leisure or pool gastronomy is an advantage.
• Your Feel for Guests: You recognize the needs of our guests and contribute to a positive visitor experience with your attentive and dedicated manner.
• What makes you stand out: You have a friendly and confident demeanor, enjoy interacting with guests, and have a high degree of service orientation. You maintain an overview even in busy situations and take responsibility for your area of work.
• Your Work Style: You work reliably, independently, and solution-oriented. Even with a high volume of guests, you and your team ensure a professional and smooth operation.
• For your security: employment in the leisure industry, payment according to TVoD, 30 days of vacation, digital shift schedule at least 14 days in advance, partly with framework duty rosters, shift changes among colleagues possible, max. 5-8 shifts in a row, usually every second weekend off for part-time, company pension scheme and subsidy for capital-forming benefits. Remuneration is according to TVoD pay group 3, level 1, and amounts to €17.41 per hour.
