ServiceNow ATF Senior Tester / Test Automation Specialist Public

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a Senior Tester / Test Automation Specialist (m/f/d)

Our client, a public institution, is migrating existing test cases into the integrated test automation framework of its Enterprise Service Management platform. The existing test case specifications vary greatly in quality and must be qualified, revised, specified, and made executable before they can be adopted. Additionally, manual testing, regression testing, and documentation are part of the scope of work. The work will be predominantly remote from the European Union with a small on-site component.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the team
• Conversion of test cases to ATF
• Implementation of provided, described test cases in ATF. (Quality of provided test cases often poor -> specifications must first be qualified, revised, and specified before they can be implemented in ATF and made to run there. ServiceNow knowledge is very helpful for this).
• Documentation of test cases
• manual testing
• User Stories
• Documentation
• Regression tests

Requirements

Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing are a prerequisite.

Your QUINCEY Team

• ISTQB certification
• Experience in manual testing and test automation
• Regression tests
• ServiceNow knowledge greater than 3 years (ITOM, ITSM, among other modules)
• ATF know-how: min. 3 years
• Test automation with ATF > 3 years
• practical experience and application of ATF in projects (proven by projects)
• Java knowledge (programming skills)
• Jira
• Confluence
• Existing enhanced security clearance (Ü2) or willingness to undergo it and submit it after acceptance before the start of the assignment
• Remote work exclusively from the European Union
• Practical application of the test automation framework, proven by projects
• Experience in the public sector environment
• Willingness for a small on-site deployment
