ServiceNow Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements in the areas of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning
• Conducting workshops for gathering, refining, and prioritizing requirements
• Advising stakeholders on standard functions and out-of-the-box functionalities of ServiceNow SPM with the goal of minimizing custom adaptations
• Translating business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of requirements
• Support with testing, reviews, and functional acceptances
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in ServiceNow projects
• Knowledge in at least three of the following areas:
• Demand Management
• Portfolio Management
• Project Management
• Resource Management
• Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
• Experience in conducting and moderating workshops with management and business stakeholders
• Experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria for agile teams
• Very good knowledge of agile methods and frameworks, especially Scrum, SAFe
• German and English language skills at a fluent level
