Seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) for a client in the public sector. The role involves analyzing requirements, conducting workshops, and advising stakeholders on ServiceNow SPM functionalities.
Project overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst for Strategic Portfolio Management for our client in the public sector!
Responsibilities
Analysis, structuring, and documentation of requirements from business departments in the areas of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning.
Conducting workshops for requirements gathering, refinement, and prioritization.
Advising stakeholders on standard and out-of-the-box functionalities of ServiceNow SPM with the goal of reducing customer-specific customizations to the necessary minimum.
Translating business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for agile implementation teams.
Close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of requirements.
Accompanying tests, reviews, and acceptances from a business perspective.
Requirements
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects.
In-depth knowledge in at least three of the following areas:
Demand Management
Portfolio Management
Project Management
Resource Management
Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
Experience in conducting and moderating workshops with management and business stakeholders.
Experience in formulating user stories and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
Very good knowledge of agile working methods (Scrum, SAFe).

Very good presentation and moderation skills
Ability to moderate different stakeholders and lead them to a common solution

Remote 90%/Onsite (occasional meetings on-site in Vienna)
