We are looking for a ServiceNow expert to support the project team in the conception and technical management of implementation regarding CMDB and CSDM.
Project overview
For our long-standing end customer, we are looking for a ServiceNow expert.
Your main task will be to support the project team in the conception and technical management of the implementation at the implementation partner level regarding CMDB and CSDM.
Responsibilities
- Conception of CMDB processes including the recording of requirements on the business side
- Definition and establishment of clear processes, responsibilities, governance structures, and quality standards to ensure stable operation.
- Further development of the CMDB according to CSDM, ensuring a consistent data structure and high data quality.
- Close cooperation with architects, developers, and specialist departments to develop technical solutions and decision-making bases.
Requirements
- Several years of experience with ServiceNow
- Deep experience with CSDM and CMDB
- Knowledge in the area of ITIL v4 and ServiceNow best practices
- Nice to Have: Experience in the sub-modules ITOM and ITAM, as well as stream/sub-project management experience
