ServiceNow Consultant / Developer

Project overview

For a ServiceNow project, we are looking for an experienced Consultant or Developer with knowledge in Sales Order Management (SOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and the integration of ServiceNow systems.

The focus is on the conception, development, and further development of interfaces between SOM, CSM, and other systems. The goal is to ensure smooth data exchange and end-to-end processes between the involved applications.

Responsibilities

Development and further development of interfaces between ServiceNow SOM and CSM

Implementation of cross-system data flows in various directions

Integration of ServiceNow with other internal and external systems

Analysis of existing interfaces and optimization of integration processes

Implementation of data mapping and transformations

Development and connection of APIs

Analysis and resolution of technical errors in the interface environment

Coordination with business departments and technical contacts

Technical documentation of the developed solutions

Requirements

In-depth experience with ServiceNow

Knowledge in Sales Order Management (SOM) and Customer Service Management (CSM)

Experience in the development and implementation of ServiceNow interfaces

Knowledge in the integration of different systems and applications

Experience with REST and SOAP interfaces

Knowledge in JavaScript and the ServiceNow platform

Understanding of data models, data mapping, and cross-system business processes

Independent and structured way of working

Very good German language skills
