• Min. 4-5 years ServiceNow, of which 2-3 years in an architecture/lead role
• Hands-on experience with the Finance Operations Management module and in ESM implementations outside ITSM (Finance, Procurement, Shared Services or similar)
• Deep knowledge of the Case Management Framework (Advanced Work Assignment, Playbooks)
• Practical experience with App Engine / Custom Application Development
• Business fluent English, confident presence at C-level

• To evaluate: Buy (ServiceNow Finance Operations Management) vs. Build (App Engine)
• MVP: Service Portal, structured case creation, queue/ownership management, status transparency, reporting, foundation for automation & AI
• Solution Architecture for both scenarios including buy-vs-build evaluation, licensing assumptions, target vision GBS Finance, maturity roadmap with benefit argumentation, effort estimation by role, synergies with the existing ITSM platform as well as risks and success factors, stakeholder management up to management level.
