ServiceNow Test Consultant – 6+ Months – Remote – Start ASAP

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Consultant to support an ongoing ServiceNow implementation project.

Your main task will be testing and quality assurance of ServiceNow solutions in the ITSM environment, as well as preparing for and supporting User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Testing ServiceNow implementations in the areas of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
• Testing Service Catalog Items including approval and fulfillment processes
• Creation, execution, and documentation of test cases and test plans
• Analysis, documentation, and tracking of defects
• Support and guidance of business departments and key users during UAT phases
• Coordination with various stakeholders to ensure structured and quality-oriented test execution

Requirements

• Experience in testing ServiceNow solutions, ideally in the ITSM environment
• Good knowledge of common test design and test methods, e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is an advantage
• Experience in preparing, conducting, and supporting UATs
• Very good German and English skills at a working level
• Strong communication skills and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High quality awareness and the ability to moderate different stakeholders and lead them to a common solution
