We are looking for several Scrum Masters in the SAP area for our client to be deployed at the federal administration.

Service Description:

For the performance of SAP Scrum Master activities, the following competencies are expected:

Project Language:

German and English

• Applied Methodology Knowledge: SAFe, SCRUM
• Efficient Tool Usage: JIRA, Confluence
• Language: German, English
• Taking over the Scrum Master role for several agile teams within a scaled SAFe environment.
• The role includes accompanying and moderating the relevant planning, synchronization, and review formats at both team and cross-team levels.
• This includes coordinating dependencies, supporting the continuous improvement of collaboration, and overseeing overarching process and planning procedures.
• Profound experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe) and the ability to support and synchronize multiple teams in their collaboration are prerequisites.
• The activity is at the interface between operational team support and overarching coordination at the program level.
• Minimum ICT profile Scrum Master Senior
• Three or more years of experience as a Scrum Master in a complex SAP environment.
• "Professional Scrum Master Certification" (Scrum.org) or a "Certified Scrum Master" certification (from Scrum Alliance).
• Ability to recognize when specialist support is needed in their own or a neighboring specialist area.
