Short-Form Creator - Shorts, Reels, TikTok

Project overview

We have very well-known personalities from the financial world as guests. The topics are often controversial. The guests openly say what others don't dare to. This brings comments, shares, and reach. Every Sunday, a new episode with around two hours of material is released.

Responsibilities

You will edit vertical clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok from each episode. You will find the parts that stick or provoke disagreement. This includes a hook in the first two seconds, subtitles, and a clean pace. You will test hooks, lengths, and formats and look at the numbers to see what works. Success will be measured by reach across all platforms and new channel subscriptions.

Requirements

You have already created short-form content that achieved reach. Show us the numbers. You know the differences between the platforms: algorithm, length, format. You enjoy working with AI tools (auto-captions, clip-finder, Riverside). You speak fluent German. Interest in the stock market helps.
