Job description
Develop and monitor HSE plans, ensure compliance with standards, and support safety coordination on construction sites.
Project overview
+Development and monitoring of HSE plans, such as SiGe plans and Health & Safety Plans for contractors
Ensuring compliance with legal and international standards on construction sites
+Support in coordinating and controlling safety measures between different trades and contractors
+Conducting safety briefings as well as regular audits and site inspections
+Analysis of incidents, near misses, and unsafe situations as well as development of effective prevention measures
+Accompanying HSE-relevant authority appointments, such as inspections by supervisory authorities or professional associations
+Review and approval of contractors' safety concepts as well as monitoring their implementation
+Ensuring smooth cooperation at the interfaces between all parties involved
+Identification and minimization of potential risks on construction sites and in projects
Requirements
SIGEKO experience min. 5 years
Construction experience min. 5 years, preferably 10+ years
Industrial experience
