• Recording, analyzing, and structuring business requirements within the scope of a SimCorp Dimension introduction
• Coordinating requirements with relevant business departments and project stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into actionable requirements for the project or system implementation
• Analyzing existing processes and business workflows in the investment management environment
• Supporting the coordination between the existing system landscape and the new target solution
• Participating in the definition and validation of business requirements
• Accompanying tests and business validation during implementation
• Supporting the identification and clarification of business deviations and issues
• Close collaboration with technical specialists, business departments, and other project participants

• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the investment, asset management, or insurance sector
• Experience in requirements engineering as well as recording, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Good understanding of investment management processes and data
• Experience in complex system implementation, transformation, or migration projects
• Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension is an advantage
• Ability to mediate between business and IT and to prepare complex requirements understandably
• Experience in testing, business validation, and coordination with various stakeholders
• Structured, analytical, and independent way of working
• Central role at the interface between business and IT
• Participation in an extensive SimCorp Dimension implementation
