LeistungsbeschreibungAs a Senior Supervisor, you primarily play a key role in the execution of projects to be realized within the value systems of the water authority, namely Flood Defence, Technical Systems and Wastewater Projects (Wastewater Treatment Plants).You are often present where it happens: outside, at the project location(s). There you supervise the contractor's activities and ensure that projects are carried out according to planning, quality requirements and safety regulations.You are the connecting link between the UAV site manager, the representatives of the contractor(s) and any stakeholders.

Thanks to your sharp eye, technical knowledge and communication skills, projects run smoothly and challenges are identified and resolved in a timely manner.In addition, you safeguard the legality and efficiency of the resources deployed in accordance with and in light of the contract specifications.Welcome to the teamYou will work within the Projects Department, within the Contract Management team. This team is responsible for both contract preparation and contract realization during the execution of works.

In principle, the projects concern flood defence, but in addition there are still a considerable number of other projects planned for which you may be requested.

These projects are all located within the relevant management area.AnforderungenYou supervise the execution of projects and check quality, safety (Occupational Health and Safety), contractual agreements and laws and regulationsYou ensure correct and timely project administration, including cost monitoring, contract administration and progress registrationYou coordinate activities, wishes and planning with all involved partiesYou work closely with project managers and ensure good coordination between internal and external stakeholdersYou coordinate activities and maintain contacts with asset managers, municipalities, contractors and other external partiesYou act on behalf of Waternet as the recognizable point of contact at the project locationsYou guide and support new colleagues and actively share your knowledge and experience within the teamAs a senior supervisor, you can work independentlyYou can empathize with situations and are good at conveying to others what you want.
