Description:

Within the "Software Engineering Experience augmented with AI" Squad of the Software Engineering Experience domain, currently composed of 3 technical experts.

Context

As part of a strategic program around generative AI, we are looking for a Software Engineer with GenAI expertise. You will contribute to the design and industrialization of high-visibility GenAI solutions, in close collaboration with the client's innovation, data, and IT teams. Scope: SDLC.

Solid experience in backend development (Python/Node/Java).

Required functional skills (business knowledge, etc.):

o Adherence to team rules and rituals (Agile mode), and participation in continuous reflection on its organization to improve its effectiveness.

o Participation in workload estimations for topics/tasks listed in the backlog, challenging them if necessary.

o Participation in the selection and assignment of topics/tasks handled in short-term Agile sprints, with a view to incremental delivery of features at a regular pace, and regular updates of components and tools (Evergreen).

• Design and develop applications integrating LLMs (RAG, embeddings, agents).
• Participate in defining robust and scalable GenAI architectures.
• Implement APIs, microservices, and AI pipelines in an industrial cloud environment.
• Support client teams: scoping, expertise, technical audit, best practices.
• Ensure the quality, security, and compliance of deployed solutions (governance, risks, observability).
• Technical skills / tools to master:
• Mastery of GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI API).
• Knowledge of a major cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and demanding industrial environments.
• Ability to operate in a large group context: rigor, clear communication, service orientation.
• Experience in RAG, vector databases, and MLOps deployments appreciated.
