Job Description
You will process customer tickets and take on tasks in 2nd-level support.
You will act as an interface between quality assurance, customer service, and development, and coordinate the processing of customer tickets.
You will perform manual software and system tests for device and application software.
You will document the tests performed and record and report identified errors and bugs.
You will support the analysis and localization of error causes.
You will prepare processed customer tickets statistically and support their evaluation.
You will participate in the creation and maintenance of product documentation.
