• This position can be filled with both a permanent contract (employee status) and a freelance contract

• Developing new Computer Vision solutions based on camera images
• Building and maintaining applications for classification, detection, and visual inspection
• Developing Computer Vision functionalities in Python within a containerized infrastructure with GPU acceleration
• Processing and interpreting Computer Vision output in C# and integrating it with existing production systems
• Independently taking on, developing, and delivering development tasks
• Close collaboration with fellow developers and employees within the application and project team
• Ensuring qualitative implementation, documentation, testing, and maintenance of software
• Master's degree or equivalent through relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Python for Computer Vision applications
• Knowledge of C#
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with Computer Vision solutions
• Accurate and structured approach to software development, testing, and documentation
• Strong communication skills and good team spirit
• Fluent knowledge of both Dutch and English
• Willingness to be regularly present in the Ghent region
• Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus
• Ability to maintain a good balance between business needs and technological solutions
