Project overview
We are currently looking for a Software Tester for development in the imaging area.
Your area of responsibility:
Processing of customer tickets and 2nd level support
Link between quality, customer service, and development with regard to customer tickets
Execution of manual software and system tests of device and application software
Logging of test execution and reporting of bugs
Support of error analysis
Statistical processing of handled customer tickets
Creation of product documentation
Requirements
Your qualification:
Degree in a technical field or similar training with corresponding experience
Independent and structured way of working
Very good analytical and communication skills
Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
Desirable:
Knowledge of Jira / Confluence
Experience in back office, customer service, or technical support
