Test Manager

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager for an exciting project in Munich. The position is limited to 12 months and can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

You will create and execute functional and technical test cases based on requirements and user stories. You will perform manual system, integration, API, and end-to-end tests, and test frontend and backend functionalities and business processes. You will design test data, prepare acceptance tests, and support them. Furthermore, you will document errors and test results, perform regression tests, and load and performance tests. You will assess test coverage, identify risks and test gaps, and coordinate with business departments, product owners, and test management.

Requirements

You have demonstrable experience in software testing, particularly in system, integration, API, and end-to-end tests. You have sound knowledge in test case design, test data management, and defect management, as well as practical experience with load and performance tests. Very good knowledge of Jira and experience with test management tools (ideally Xray) are required. Experience with API testing tools such as SoapUI and knowledge of Confluence complete your profile. Very good German language skills are necessary.

Knowledge of Angular, Spring Boot, GraphQL, SQL, and PostgreSQL, as well as experience with Camunda and microservice architectures, are advantageous. Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.

This position is a project-related employment.
