Software Tester & User Enablement Specialist

Project overview

We are looking for a Software Tester & User Enablement Specialist (m/f/d) for our team at the Berlin location. This role combines technical quality assurance with user support and training tasks.

Your responsibilities include planning, executing, and documenting test cases in a CAD environment. You will perform functional, integration, and end-to-end tests along real engineering processes and work closely with development teams to analyze, reproduce, and track software errors. In doing so, you will ensure high software quality before releases.

You will work in agile development teams using Scrum or comparable methods and utilize tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira for test and requirement tracking. In addition to technical quality assurance, you will be the point of contact for first and second-level support, accompany software rollouts, and support ongoing operations.

A key focus is on user support: you will conduct training sessions, create training materials, and develop digital learning formats such as video tutorials.

Requirements include a completed degree in engineering or computer science, practical experience in software testing and quality assurance, and proficiency in CAD systems. Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, agile methods, and fluent German and English skills (B2+) are required. Experience with CAD plugins, engineering software solutions, or in conducting training and e-learning development is advantageous.

The position is hybrid and offers the opportunity to combine technical and pedagogical skills.
