The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and designing functional architectures.

Requirements
Must-Have Criteria
- Gathering, analyzing, describing, coordinating, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements in the consulting area
- Specifying requirements using standard templates with natural language and UML
- Creating system documentation
- Creating and adapting business documents (e.g., Use Cases / User Stories, Business Concepts, Preliminary Studies, Functional System Descriptions, Business Service Descriptions, Business Interface Descriptions, Input/Output Layouts) in the consulting area
- Creating functional specifications and ensuring that the chosen business architecture can map current and foreseeable future requirements and scaling
- Revising business processes (especially description and documentation) according to the client's decision
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Process Management / Business Analysis
- Identity and Access Management Expertise: proven experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications (min. 3 years)
- One Identity Manager Know-how: proven experience with One Identity Manager (min. 3 years)
- Experience in business process analysis and design
- Experience in the conception and creation of business documents
- In-depth One Identity Manager Experience: several years of experience with One Identity Manager (more than 5 years), e.g., in conception, customizing, or architecture of OIM solutions
