• Drawing up a risk analysis;
• Drawing up and elaborating the Program of Requirements for the tender of the scheduling application;
• Answering questions during the tender for the scheduling application;
• Assessing the bids for the scheduling application;
• Guiding the implementation as Solution Architect, including the security plan;
• Ensuring the processor agreement.
• Drawing up and elaborating the Program of Requirements for the tender of AIssessor;
• Answering questions during the tender;

• Drawing up a HLD for the implementation of the acquired tool;
• Advising on the drawing up of functional and technical designs and verifying them against the acceptance criteria;

• Experience with drawing up, reviewing, and monitoring High Level Designs, Solution Outlines, and architecture documents.

• Experience within Higher Education is a pré.
• Ability to work independently within a complex organization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to distinguish between main and minor issues.
• Advisory skills towards architecture, management, projects, and technical specialists.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bring different interests together.
• Ability to record complex issues clearly and structurally.
• Result-oriented, careful, and quality-focused.
