Contribute to the architecture of customer experience services within an AI acceleration program, focusing on API and event exchanges with domain systems. You will support delivery teams in maintaining and evolving agent architecture, integrating new agents, and improving common components, particularly for unstructured data ingestion and RAG agents.
Project overview
Within the AI acceleration program, you will contribute to the architecture of customer experience services, which exchange APIs and events with domain systems. You will support delivery teams in maintaining and evolving agent architecture, integrating new agents, and improving common components, particularly for unstructured data ingestion and RAG agents.
In conjunction with business departments and their architects, you will participate in architectural choices, formulate recommendations, and evaluate partner proposals. You will also contribute to the overall vision of agent systems and their consistency with enterprise and functional architectures.
You will bring your expertise on orchestration models, agents, protocols, and AI frameworks. You will design secure, robust, and scalable architectures, adapted to the existing environment, while ensuring performance and operational costs. You will participate in the design and production of applications, technical documentation, and support for teams in implementation and testing.
Profile
Experience in architecture of information systems, data, and agent systems, particularly with RAG and generative AI approaches.
Proficiency in GCP and its ecosystem: Python, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Docker, Pub/Sub or Cloud Run.
Knowledge of APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices, security, and CI/CD practices.
Understanding of customer experience systems, CRMs, and Salesforce.
Proficiency in agile methods; SAFe certification is a plus.
Technical English, both spoken and written.
