Responsibilities

• Software Development
• Video & Recording Systems: Development of iOS applications for mobile recording of railway infrastructure, including location (GPS), sensor evaluation, and AI-based anonymization (CNN).
• Measurement & Location Solutions: Conception of software architectures for visual measurement systems based on video and precise localization.
• Architecture Consulting
• Strategy & Further Development: Consulting on IT architecture strategies, optimization of existing systems, and support for implementation within the development team.
• Risk Management & Knowledge Transfer: Assessment of technical risks, development of action options, and promotion of innovation and standardization.
• Definition of Technical Requirements
• Requirements Analysis: Derivation of technical solution approaches from business specifications, as well as definition of non-functional requirements and hardware/software standards.
• Concept Creation & QA: Development of technical architecture concepts (database design, interfaces, components) and monitoring of proper implementation.
• Communication, Technical & Methodological Support
• Planning & Mediation: Creation of effort estimations, preparation of complex technical topics in presentations, and moderation of architecture workshops.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting reviews for design, code, and testing procedures.

Requirements

• Must-Have: Minimum 5 years of experience in developing cloud-based software architecture for video recording with iOS integration
• Proven by years of experience: Senior (> 5 years experience)
• Must-Have: Minimum 5 years of experience in developing AI-supported computer vision methods with PyTorch/YOLOv
• Must-Have: Minimum 5 years of experience in developing a native iOS app for recording railway infrastructure video material. Technology Stack: Swift
