Must-have experience & skills
- Technology: Workload automation + strong exposure to Kubernetes, Kafka, Airflow
- Excellent communication skills (global team, stakeholder alignment)
- IT system design experience (large-scale, distributed systems)
- 5+ years of experience in solution/system architecture (or equivalent senior engineering with strong architecture ownership).
- Proven experience designing large-scale software systems (distributed systems, microservices, APIs).
- Hands-on or design-level expertise with:
- Kubernetes (deployment patterns, scaling, reliability concepts)
- Kafka (streaming concepts, integration patterns)
- Airflow (or similar workflow/workload orchestration tools)
- Strong architecture fundamentals: security-by-design, resiliency, performance, maintainability.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical designs and guide delivery.
Nice to have
- DevOps skills (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure-as-code concepts).
- Testing experience (test strategy, quality gates, non-functional testing).
- Broader open source stack exposure (Linux, PostgreSQL, etc.) as supportive context for the platform.
- Observability/monitoring/logging patterns in production-grade environments.
