• Big advantage: Experience in the German Armed Forces or NATO environment
• Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure architecture
• Experience in the conception and evaluation of complex, heterogeneous IT infrastructure landscapes
• Sound knowledge of data center architectures, network infrastructures, IT security, and IT operating models
• Experience in developing target architectures, solution designs, and technical architecture roadmaps
• Very good knowledge of established architecture methods and frameworks, e.g., TOGAF or comparable approaches
• Experience in conducting architecture reviews, technical assessments, and structured gap analyses
• Knowledge of relevant IT governance, compliance, and security standards, especially ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, and ITIL
• Experience in creating and evaluating technical concepts, architecture diagrams, decision papers, and management presentations
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and different stakeholder levels

Service Description:

• Conception, design, and specification of complex IT and infrastructure architectures (incl. data center, networks, security, and operating models)
• Development of target architectures and creation of concrete solution architectures
• Development of technical and operational solution concepts considering best practices
• Analysis and evaluation of concepts, documentation, and templates according to specifications
• Execution of well-founded architecture reviews and derivation of optimization potentials
• Creation of independent technical assessments and recommendations
• Ensuring compliance, governance, and security requirements
• Support in defining and implementing control mechanisms and reporting obligations
• Promotion of cross-organizational collaboration in complex structures
• Preparation and execution of workshops with business departments, stakeholders, and technical teams
