Job description
We are seeking a Solution Architect with at least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM to analyze business strategy, develop solution proposals, and optimize processes. The role involves working at the interface between business and IT, with a focus on SAP HCM modules.
Project overview
Analyze business strategy and derive proposals. Develop and maintain the deployment concept for hardware, software, and communication. Develop a solution proposal. Process analysis, design, and optimization. SAP specifications for a uniform system landscape and usage. Creation of solution proposals and ensuring the creation of effort estimates. Consolidation of cross-service solutions. Documentation maintenance. Further development of the system landscape. Support of project management.
Preparation and execution of workshops; securing results from workshops and further coordination up to decision preparation (e.g., for gathering requirements from the business department or in the context of project work)
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP ERP HR, especially SAP HCM software competencies, ideally including OM/PA/PY Mobile. Experience with Product Owner-like tasks at the interface between business and IT (including guiding business experts in collaboration with IT). Customizing with a focus on SAP HCM software (OM/PA/PY). Experience in process analysis, design, optimization, and conceptualization.
