Für unseren Kunden in München suchen wir ab sofort einen Solution Architekten (m/w/d) für agentische Plattform für die voraussichtliche Dauer bis Ende März 2027 mit der Option auf Verlängerung. Die Tätigkeiten werden sowohl vor Ort in München, als auch Remote erbracht.

Responsibilities

Lead a small senior team responsible for the Customer Journey & Communication Platform. Own architecture, delivery, operations and the relationship with the business.

Build and lead the team, hire two software engineers and a second data engineer by January 2027, define the five-layer platform architecture, establish APIs and permission-scoped MCP servers, design agent hand-off contracts and evaluation pipelines, manage decisioning and experimentation, enforce consent and frequency governance, and deliver EU AI Act requirements including replayable decision logs, disclosure at render and risk-tiered human oversight. The role is hands-on and includes design and code reviews and occasional development of services or MCP servers.

• Own the platform architecture and delivery
• lead and grow the engineering team
• design agentic capabilities, MCP servers, evaluation pipelines and autonomy tiers
• represent the platform towards Marketing, Salesforce, GoOrange, privacy and brand stakeholders
• establish measurement through holdouts and incrementality
• and operate the platform with SLAs, monitoring, on-call ownership and regulatory controls
