Specialist for Asset and Line Security

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced specialist for asset and line security to support the legal and technical securing of line rights in the context of a planned network takeover at a regional network operator.

Your tasks include the examination and evaluation of line and asset rights as well as the analysis and structuring of existing contractual and inventory documents. You will support the legal securing of line and route alignments and actively participate in the planned network takeover. Furthermore, you will coordinate with internal departments, property owners, and authorities and be responsible for the documentation and follow-up of legally relevant matters. Another focus is on the evaluation of easements, permits, and usage rights.

For this position, you bring experience in asset, route, or line security and have sound knowledge of energy, property, or wayleave law. You have a strong affinity for legal issues and legal texts, as well as extensive experience in the examination and management of contracts and documentation. A structured and meticulous way of working is a matter of course for you.

We expect strong communication skills, confident stakeholder management, teamwork, and a high degree of personal responsibility. Experience with a network operator or energy supplier is an advantage.
