For our client, a regional network operator, we are looking for a Specialist for Plant and Line Security (m/f/d) to support the legal and technical securing of line rights as part of a planned network takeover.
Responsibilities
- Review and assessment of line and plant rights
- Analysis and structuring of existing contract and inventory documents
- Support in the legal securing of line and route alignments
- Participation in the planned network takeover
- Coordination with internal specialist departments, property owners, and authorities
- Documentation and follow-up of legally relevant matters
- Assessment of servitudes, permit agreements, and usage rights
Requirements
- Experience in plant, route, or line security
- Knowledge of energy, property, or right-of-way law
- Affinity for legal issues and legal texts
- Experience in reviewing and managing contracts and documentation
- Structured and meticulous way of working
- Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management
- Teamwork ability and high personal responsibility
- Experience with a network operator or energy supplier is an advantage
