We are looking for an experienced Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) with a strong background in HSE/EHS to advise management and employees, conduct safety inspections, and develop prevention measures in a manufacturing environment.

- Advising management and employees on occupational safety and health
- Conducting safety inspections in the company
- Creation and updating of risk assessments
- Conducting safety briefings and training sessions
- Monitoring compliance with occupational safety regulations
- Analysis of work accidents and derivation of prevention measures
- Support with audits, certifications, and authority inspections
- Promotion and further development of the safety culture in the company
- Completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) absolutely required
- Sound experience in the field of occupational safety / HSE / EHS
- Experience in manufacturing companies
- Ideally automotive experience or comparable industrial background
- Experience with risk assessments, audits, and legal requirements
- Communicative personality with strong consulting skills towards management and employees
