We are looking for an experienced ICAAP specialist for a bank client to develop and implement adverse scenarios within the normative ICAAP perspective. The role involves analyzing and developing scenarios, assessing impacts, and coordinating with various departments.
Project overview
For a client in the banking sector, we are looking for an experienced ICAAP specialist (m/f/d) for the further development and implementation of adverse scenarios within the normative ICAAP perspective.
Project Framework

- Utilization: approx. 16–24 hours per week
- Location: 100% Remote
- Client Location: Stuttgart
Responsibilities
- Analysis and further development of existing adverse ICAAP scenarios
- Conception of regulatory-compliant stress scenarios including shocks, assumptions, and calculation logic
- Assessment of the impact on capital ratios, RWA, and earnings
- Coordination with Risk Management, Finance, Treasury, and Credit Risk
- Implementation and documentation of the scenarios, including regulatory evidence

- Sound project experience in the area of ICAAP and normative perspective in banks
- Demonstrable experience in the conception and implementation of adverse scenarios
- Very good knowledge of EBA guidelines, stress tests, and capital planning
- Experience with credit risk parameters such as PD, LGD, RWA, and risk provisioning
- Independent, structured, and implementation-oriented way of working
