Specialist Manufacturing Planning & Control

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Specialist for Manufacturing Planning & Control at our location in Bavaria. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, initiation, and scheduling of work orders, as well as the definition and control of the production sequence, taking into account deadlines, capacities, and material availability.

Your tasks include coordinating Quality Control Boards, supporting goods receipt inspection, maintaining material master data, and performing material planning. You will coordinate capacities, resources, and work packages and initiate necessary corrective actions. Furthermore, you will plan the work steps for assembly and testing of assemblies and create the corresponding delivery documentation.

For this position, you should have a completed technical vocational training with further education as a technician or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in work preparation, disposition, or production control are required. You have sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office, and ideally experience with Lean methods and REFA knowledge.

Good English skills are necessary. Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements is an advantage. You are characterized by high reliability, strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and a team-oriented approach.
