Project overview

For a long-term industrial project at the Salzgitter site, we are looking for an experienced Specialist Planner for Ventilation / MEP (m/f/d) with sound knowledge in the planning and implementation of industrial ventilation and exhaust air systems.

We are seeking a technically proficient individual who has independently handled planning tasks within service phases 2-7 according to HOAI and brings experience with complex industrial plants.

Framework Conditions

• Specialist planning of ventilation and technical exhaust air systems in an industrial environment
• Independent processing of service phases 2-7 according to HOAI
• Creation and coordination of technical planning concepts and execution documents
• Planning and coordination of ventilation systems, considering hygiene, fire protection, and safety requirements
• Use of Revit and/or MicroStation within the scope of specialist planning
• Consideration of FM Global and VdS requirements in technical planning
• Technical coordination with adjacent trades, project participants, and client representatives
• Support with tenders, technical specifications, and awarding processes
• State-certified technician (m/f/d) in building services engineering, ventilation technology, or comparable, with at least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, OR
• Completed degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma Engineer) in building services engineering, building technology, mechanical engineering, MEP, or comparable, with relevant professional experience
• Required Expertise
• Demonstrable experience in the specialist planning of ventilation systems in an industrial environment
• Practical experience in service phases 2-7 according to HOAI
• Knowledge of Revit and/or MicroStation
• Completed hygiene training
• Knowledge of FM Global requirements and guidelines
• VdS training or corresponding certification or demonstrable knowledge of relevant VdS guidelines
• Experience with technical exhaust air systems and/or ventilation technology in trade fair construction
