Department

The position falls within the Flex Consumer department, Tariff Management team. This department is responsible for managing, processing, and updating tariffs and the associated information provision.

Purpose of the function

The Specialist Tariff Management contributes to the correct, timely, and controlled execution of the large tariff round. The specialist coordinates the activities, processes and checks articles and tariffs in the TVT application, and ensures that the new tariffs are correctly implemented in the relevant information carriers.

Activities and responsibilities

coordinates the activities around the large tariff round;

processes articles and associated tariffs in the TVT application;

checks the entered data according to the 4-eyes principle;

supports the preparation, processing, and checking of other delivery files;

updates information carriers with the new tariffs;

monitors the planning, progress, and coherence of the activities;

identifies bottlenecks, deviations, and risks in a timely manner;

coordinates with involved colleagues where necessary and contributes to a timely solution of bottlenecks;

provides a careful and reliable contribution to tariff management.

Job requirements and desired qualities

Knowledge and experience

Knowledge of the TVT application.

Knowledge of the working methods and processes within tariff management.

Experience with processing and checking data is desired.

Result of the function

A timely, correct, and controlled processing of the new tariffs in TVT, the delivery files, and the relevant information carriers, in accordance with the agreed planning and the 4-eyes principle.
