We are seeking a Specialist in Authorization Management and Processes for a 6-month contract in Berlin, starting immediately. The role involves managing and developing authorization processes, ensuring structured workflows for granting, changing, and revoking access, and overseeing the entire user lifecycle.

Role: Specialist Authorization Management / Authorization Processes
Responsibilities
- Control, coordination, and further development of authorization processes
- Ensuring structured and traceable procedures for granting, changing, and revoking authorizations
- Control of the entire user lifecycle from entry through functional and role changes to exit
- Conception and optimization of role and authorization concepts
- Coordination of authorization processes with business departments, HR department, control functions, and central IT service provider
- Advising business departments on questions regarding roles, users, accesses, and authorizations
- Further development of existing processes, considering information security and regulatory requirements
- Analysis of existing procedures and identification of optimization potential
- Linking banking-specific requirements with organizational and technical authorization processes
Requirements
- Mandatory: sound experience in the savings bank environment in controlling authorization processes
- Mandatory: very good knowledge of OSPlus
- Several years of experience in authorization management
- Experience with role and authorization concepts
- Knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Experience in user lifecycle management
- Good knowledge of banking processes
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking environment
- Knowledge in the area of information security
- Strong IT technical and organizational understanding
- Completed degree in economics, qualification as a bank/savings bank administrator, or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Structured, analytical, and self-reliant way of working
- Strong communication skills and experience in coordinating with various business departments and stakeholders
