Operational Support in Authorization Management (BAP/BWS)

Project overview

We, emagine GmbH, are looking for short-term operational support in the administration of authorization management in the core banking system (BAP/BWS).

Only individuals with existing experience in the administration of the Atruvia applications "Bankarbeitsplatz" (BAP) and "Banking-Workspace" (BWS) are considered. We are deliberately not looking for conceptual or strategic support, but for operational implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Operational implementation and management of organizational structure, user, and competence management in the core banking system, taking regulatory requirements into account
• Support for business departments in changes to the organizational structure, including the identification and avoidance of segregation of duties conflicts and application of the principle of least privilege
• Participation in the coordination of organizational structure, user, and competence management, including user training
• Administration and monitoring of current actual IT authorizations and access rights
• Execution and support of test activities to ensure requirement-compliant functionality
• Support with business and application-related tasks in testing, operation, and further development of the assigned applications
• Analysis of operational requirements and contribution to solutions and improvements (e.g., within projects)

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management as well as User, Competence, and Authorization Management
• Sound experience in role-based access control
• Good banking knowledge, especially regarding regulatory requirements for role and function segregation
• Experience in the administration of "Bankarbeitsplatz" (BAP) and "Banking-Workspace" (BWS) in the Atruvia environment
• Practical experience in operational implementation projects
• Service Management certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation) are an advantage
