• Analyze production incidents and identify root causes.
• Design and improve observability tools: monitoring, logs, metrics, alerting, and dashboards.
• Develop tools and automate operational processes.
• Reduce recurring incidents and improve system reliability and performance.
• Define and promote SRE best practices in collaboration with technical teams.
• Proven experience in SRE
• Mandatory experience with GCP
• Mastery of observability tools (datalog) and production environments.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose sustainable solutions.
• Engineering mindset, autonomy, and strong automation culture.
