STMD Support Turn your talent for organisation into meaningful impact. Bring people, priorities and information together to support the sanctions screening models that help protect Rabobank, its customers and society. You and your job As part of Sanctions Tech Model Development (STMD), you bring structure and momentum to the work behind reliable global Sanctions screening. You connect the team with stakeholders across and beyond the Area Global Sanctions AB&C, within Tribe Financial Economic Crime (FEC).

You coordinate reviews, validations and audits, support findings management and help move smaller projects forward. By keeping ownership, deadlines and dependencies clear, you enable colleagues to focus on their expertise. You anticipate support needs, check that deliverables meet agreed standards and make sure the right information reaches the right people. This is a hands-on role combining coordination, careful administration and clear communication with the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of sanctions screening and model lifecycle.

What you will do Coordinate periodic reviews, model validations and audits: clarify, manage dependencies, owners and deadlines; facilitate meetings and track follow-up actions; and consolidate stakeholder input into consistent, complete documentation. Support findings management: maintain a clear overview of remediation actions, dependencies, owners and due dates; follow up with stakeholders and flag potential delays before deadlines are at risk; and check the consistency and completeness of stakeholder input to prepare reliable progress reports and supporting documentation.

Support smaller projects and ad-hoc topics: organise activities around clear priorities, dependencies, ownership and deadlines; align stakeholders, facilitate meetings and follow up on actions; and turn consistent, complete stakeholder input into concise updates and professional presentations that make decisions and next steps clear. Skills Clear communication and documentation: turn stakeholder input into accurate, audience-focused documentation and concise updates that keep priorities, progress and outstanding actions visible.

Strong coordination and facilitation skills: bring structure to activities and meetings, keep an overview of priorities, dependencies, owners and deadlines, and follow up on decisions and actions. Proactive stakeholder management: build productive relationships, understand information needs and align expectations across teams; flag risks, delays or gaps to the right stakeholders when action or a decision is needed.

STMD brings together two pillars: Model Lifecycle and the List Data Control Center. Together, we support reliable screening models and the list data they depend on. Your contribution is to bring clarity and coordination to that work, connecting colleagues across risk, business and technology. Working alongside screening experts, you can deepen your understanding of model governance, strengthen your stakeholder network and develop your coordination and reporting skills. There is room to contribute ideas for clearer documentation, smoother handovers and smarter ways of working.

You and your talent Academic working and thinking level, with a BSc or MSc degree.

The ability to see the bigger picture, keep an overview of a broad domain and understand the consequences of decisions for related activities. A hands-on approach: you are willing to explore complex analysis and implementation questions to understand what support is needed. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior management, business experts, developers and other team members. Excellent writing skills: document approaches, test results and conclusions with clear arguments and supporting evidence suitable for Compliance, Audit and other third-party review.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset: take ownership, anticipate support needs and follow through on commitments. Fluency in English. Fluency in Dutch is a pré.
