Seeking an experienced strategic advisor and change management professional to facilitate complex strategic programs at SVB, bridging business, IT, policy, and governance. The role involves guiding stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, and developing actionable change initiatives.

Project overview

Three reasons why this is your assignment:

You work on one of the most strategic change assignments within the SVB.

You facilitate a complex environment where business, IT, policy, and governance converge.

You contribute to a socially relevant program that directly impacts citizen services.

Assignment: Strategic Advisor

For a strategic program within the SVB, we are looking for an experienced strategic advisor, facilitation, and change professional who can translate complex issues into supported choices, concrete scenarios, and executable change initiatives.

You operate at the intersection of business, IT, policy, and governance, bringing structure, energy, and focus to a dynamic environment.

You facilitate dialogue between various stakeholders, guide decision-making, and ensure buy-in and a shared direction.

You are capable of graphically elaborating based on Design Thinking.

Result

Important activities include preparing, facilitating, processing, and communicating the results of strategic consultations for a strategic program.

You thereby make an important contribution to a supported future vision, clear decision-making, and an executable change approach.

You do it

You design and facilitate co-creation sessions, working sessions, and strategic workshops that contribute to decision-making, buy-in, and a shared direction.

You manage the process for strategic trajectories and change initiatives and use Design Thinking methodologies to explore issues, develop solution directions, and make choices understandable.

Additionally, you support change processes and help the organization create momentum and ownership.

Stakeholder management is an important part of the assignment.

You bring together interests and perspectives, develop future scenarios and strategic options, and translate complex issues into clear, engaging visualizations that contribute to understanding and decision-making.

Furthermore, you work closely with the program manager, the core team, and involved colleagues from SVB and VWS.

You ensure that different disciplines, interests, and perspectives effectively align and create a connection between business, IT, policy, and governance.

Additional information

When you offer a professional to us as a supplier and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain and Principal Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid).

The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client.

We design these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-rekening.

This is an account to which part of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) or not, and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad.

The G-rekening can be requested from the Tax Authorities.

If you cannot obtain a G-rekening (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter.

In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.

Well, the costs for this statement are for your own account.
