Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree with a focus on supply chain or purchasing
• Several years of professional experience as a purchasing manager and in leading teams, as well as ideally second-level leadership
• Practical knowledge in SAP S/4HANA migrations, e.g., as a key user or process owner
• Know-how in global commodity management and supplier strategy
• Sound application experience with SAP modules such as MM/PUR and MS Office
• Routine approach to process design, digitalization, and operational excellence in the purchasing environment
• Methodological competence in change management, for example, Prosci or the ADKAR model
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
