Stream Lead Communication

Project overview

Technical leadership and integration of provisioning, SBC, fax, and ALE/OXE-related communication functions. Possess an overview and sufficient technical know-how, particularly regarding OXE/ALE, voice recording, SPCS, voicemail, and alarm servers. Either handle relevant functions technically yourself or involve experts for specialized topics. Coordinate provisioning, SBC, and fax. Do not lead end devices as a separate architecture stream; end device provisioning is primarily a rollout/provisioning topic. Ensure close interface to the Contact Center stream for shared ALE components.

Actively take on technical work yourself, not a pure management role. Expected results: Integrated communication architecture and coordinated interfaces. Test-ready communication services with traceable residual risks. Consolidated stream status and effectively managed troubleshooting.

Requirements

Architecture and leadership experience in enterprise communication solutions (Level 5). Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OXE/ALE: Level 5. Signaling, media paths, provisioning, and integration interfaces (Level 4). High-availability multi-vendor environments and end-to-end tests (Level 4). Voice recording, SPCS, voicemail, alarm servers (Level 3). Security clearance (up to Ü3) required. Ability to work with partners in a time-critical multi-vendor testing setup. Results, configurations, logs, decisions, deviations, and open points must be stored in an auditable manner.

Experience with technical integration, error analysis, and acceptance processes.
