Supervisor A or B Energy & Sustainability (secondment)

Project overview

As an energy saving supervisor, you will check companies for compliance with the information and energy saving obligation.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Performing independent and simple company checks based on the Recognized Measures List (EML)
• Preparing inspection reports and letters and recording findings in digital checklists and the Openwave system
• Assessing submitted energy research, action plans, and energy data
• Assessing energy-saving measures, alternatives, and payback periods
• Holding discussions with entrepreneurs about compliance and energy-saving opportunities
• Advising fellow supervisors on energy and sustainability issues
• Contributing to the improvement of work processes when regulations change
• Guiding junior supervisors and sharing knowledge as a sparring partner
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and bottlenecks and proposing process improvements
• Coordinating with external parties such as entrepreneurs and network operators
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the last 6 years as a supervisor in the field of energy and sustainability, focusing on energy inspections for information-obligated companies
• Proven knowledge of the General Administrative Law Act (Awb)
• Available from November 15, 2026
• Practical experience with the Openwave case system and digital inspection lists
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience with complex energy-related matters, including supervision of the energy saving obligation
• Experience with independent and task-mature supervisory work and with guiding junior supervisors
• Diploma at a minimum HBO bachelor level
