Project overview

As a supervisor, you will monitor the quality and progress of the construction of underground infrastructure in Amersfoort.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Provide independent supervision of the placement of approximately 400 medium-voltage rooms
• Assess complex route proposals and review permit applications
• Ensure safety and accessibility (BLVC) and compliance with CROW standards and ARW methodology
• Coordinate with network operators, contractors, project managers, and residents
• Identify bottlenecks in public spaces and propose practical solutions
• Demonstrable senior work experience as a supervisor for cables and pipelines at a municipality
• Extensive substantive knowledge in the field of road and hydraulic engineering, CROW standards, ARW methodology, and BLVC frameworks
• Working and thinking level at MBO+/HBO level, combined with good spatial insight and experience in reading technical drawings
• Experience as an equal discussion partner for network operators, contractors, and project managers
• Skill in connecting diverse interests and setting clear boundaries
• Administrative and environmental sensitivity within a field of force of network operators, residents, and the municipality
• Solution-oriented and decisive in the face of unforeseen bottlenecks
• Communicative persuasive power towards technical specialists, lawyers, and residents
