Job description
We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for a 6-month contract (with extension option) starting in November 2026, requiring 100% on-site presence across Germany.

Responsibilities
- Support and development of suppliers directly on-site
- Analysis and sustainable solution of quality problems
- Root cause analysis and support of corrective actions
- Execution/support of supplier audits according to VDA 6.3
- Monitoring and follow-up of actions
- Collaboration with suppliers as well as internal quality and production departments
- Documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer / Supplier Quality Manager
- Very good knowledge of VDA 6.3
- Experience in supplier development and quality management
- Ideally, automotive experience
- Technical understanding of production and manufacturing processes
- Strong hands-on mentality and independent way of working
- Confident demeanor towards suppliers
- Fluent German & English
- Very high willingness to travel
