Responsibilities
Profile
- Ensuring and optimizing material availability, inventory levels, quality, and costs
- Maintaining and managing procurement master data in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA
- Supporting and developing supplier relationships within the framework of global and local purchasing guidelines
- Close collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers
- Processing and follow-up of quality notifications (Non-Conformity Reports) and corrective actions
- Identification and implementation of process improvements within the supply chain
- Completed commercial or technical training with a focus on procurement, supply chain, logistics, or planning
- Sound professional experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or production planning
- Knowledge of the national and international supplier environment
- Experience with SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good German and good English skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
